We’re proud to share that Veonet Ireland has achieved CHKS Accreditation and certification to ISO 9001. It’s independent recognition of our commitment to quality, patient safety and continuous improvement, and this commitment applies to every site where we care for patients.
What this award means
CHKS Accreditation is granted after a thorough, independent assessment against the CHKS Standards for Health and Care Organisations, 2024 — external healthcare professionals reviewing how each clinic runs, from clinical governance to day-to-day processes. ISO 9001, backed by UKAS accreditation, is the world’s most widely recognised quality-management standard. Holding both means patients get the same assured standard of care wherever they come to us.
How we got here
Our Belfast clinic led the way, becoming the first Veonet site to earn the dual award. Reaching this standard took sustained effort, careful preparation and real teamwork across every clinic. Thank you to everyone who contributed and to our leadership for their guidance and support.
What happens next
Accreditation is just the beginning. Each site now enters an ongoing cycle of surveillance and review with CHKS, keeping us accountable and giving us a structured way to keep improving.
